Message	those that look for trouble usually find it. He blew them off to get a reaction from the cops and he did. What I am saying is he could have saved himself the trouble if he would have used some common sense and if the DBs released from his BOVs are higher then what state allows for loudness from a vehicle then he might be in the wrong.
